Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the ride. If you cancel in time, you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee, the amount of which is specified on the website or in the app.
For cancellations within 24 hours of the ride or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge the full fare. In these cases, no refund will be issued.
If GIO Voyage GmbH has to cancel a booking due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., technical issues or force majeure), you will receive a full refund of the fare.

GIO Voyage GmbH is only liable for damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, except for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, for which we are fully liable.
